we just turned up the heat.

 

Agni, the fire of purification, is invoked in the heat and sweat of hot Yoga. As you practice in the heat your body releases toxins. The fire agni creates turns up your metabolism and regulates your digestion leading to weight loss!

Your muscles relax in the heat and allow a safer way to stretch your muscles, tendons, ligaments, going deeper than ever before. Leave feeling cleaner, lighter and more invigorated.

 
 Classes start on time. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to start time.
 Don't eat three hours prior to coming (a light snack is permitted).
 Wear light comfortable clothing.
 Bring water, also available for purchase.
 Don't wear cologne or perfume.
 Please silence all pagers and cellphones.
