Foundations of Yoga, Perfect for Beginners
Designed for beginners, Foundations of Yoga is perfect for students that have not practiced Vinyasa. Also perfect for students that need to lose 20 pounds or more and feel they are too heavy to practice yoga. This class will ease you into the Vinyasa flow and help to ease anxiety over body image issues.

Hot Ki Yoga™ Bootcamp
A 60 minute Cardio core blast that combines the Cardio conditioning of the mixed martial arts with the core conditioning of power Vinyasa. All performed in a heated environment and ending with a meditation. Increases anaerobic and aerobic endurance, power, strength, agility, speed and stamina. This boot camp includes martial arts, power Vinyasa, push-ups, lunges, squats and other Callisthenic drills. Expected results when attending the Hot Ki Yoga™ Bootcamp is a reduction in body fat, improved posture, weight loss, tighter abdominals, improvement in endurance, increase in strength and 100% gain in self confidence.
