Our practice room is intentionally heated to induce numerous physical and psychological benefits. The heat warms your muscles and allows you to work deeper and safer. The heat also heals, helps prevent injuries and promotes sweating which flushes toxins from your body.

BikYasa Yoga
60-minutes
A powerful mixture of traditional standing strengthening poses and Vinyasa power flows. Our yoga classes flow to modern music in a heated practice environment, blending heat with humidity, allowing you to work deeper and safer. The heat also heals, helps prevent injuries and promotes sweating which flushes toxins from your body. Your clothes will fit better, your posture will be stronger and your skin will GLOW!.
Inferno Hot Pilates
Inferno Hot Pilates (IHP)- 60-minute & IHP Xpress/45 minutes
This class ROCKS!!! Prepare to be inspired, to sweat, to work hard — and of course, to feel great. Using Pilates principles, Inferno Hot Pilates is a challenging, full body, high intensity-low impact workout. It is performed on a yoga mat in a room heated to 95 degrees and 50% humidity with loud funky fun music to get you moving. Hot Pilates strengthens muscles and burns fat — all without the pounding of a high impact workout. It is designed for all fitness levels.
Hot Vinyasa Flow Yoga
Hot Vinyasa Flow – 60 minutes
Vinyasa is arguably the most popular style of yoga around. We will flow through traditional sun salutations and much more with the same heat and music you have come to love and expect at our studio. Familiar poses will be linked with new ones in an intelligent sequence that will vary from class to class. Proper alignment will be pointed out along the way. Come check it out!
Slow Flow & Restore Yoga - Lightly heated
This class weaves together mindful slow movements of a vinyasa practice with the therapeutic style of restorative yoga which encourages physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. Tapping into the body’s innate ability to heal itself, we will integrate intentional movements with breath as we move at a meditative pace. This slow but powerful practice will leave you feeling relaxed and re-energized. Lightly heated room; suitable for all levels. *Please bring two 2 yoga blocks and a large bath/beach towel if you have them!
